At the heart of Highland is our founder, Rodger, a passionate professional with over two decades of experience in the EDGAR filing space. Rodger has always been an entrepreneur at heart with balanced experience in both finance and computer programming, making the field of filing services a perfect fit. Now semi-retired, Rodger has passed the torch to his daughter Marie, who runs the daily operations, but he remains a trusted guide and mentor. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren or outdoors fishing and camping.
